I am saying that the human being wishes to feel what it knows as stable – the familiar.  In other words, the human would say, “in order to be a perfect spiritual being I should feel this way - and I should be that way - and I should do these things.”

That is to say, the Old Spiritual Self or the old spiritual dogma says, “I must sit and feel in a certain way … I must not feel the imbalances and energies that make me uncomfortable!”   The first thought that forms in the human mind when one feels different energies or waves of consciousness is, “oh, I must get myself back to normal … I must have this amount of sleep and I must be this way or that way.”

But the way that it works at this time is very different.

This is all a part of the new level of evolvement you have invited into your Life as a species.  And it is now coming into fruition.  The way that one now deals with all energies is to become them:  I Am This … I Am That.  The advice I would give you is, To Be – become this energy or that energy!

For example, become what you most Fear … or what is most unfamiliar to you.  Allow this to come into your being – feel it.  Then it is no longer a detriment to the human mind; rather than a perceived impediment, it becomes that which is and that which you are.

What you could say is, “I am that Energy – I am it … I do not need to Control it!”

And when you Become it – when you are it – it no longer controls you.  In this way, integration takes places in your being so you no longer feel imbalanced.  Your experience then becomes one of acceptance and knowingness in the moment.

To integrate the newest Energies into your life takes different steps, different approaches, different thought forms … different ways of seeing who you really are.

This is such a simple process in a way.  And yet, I will tell you that the human being avoids this process at every step, for it means:  Accepting all that is ... and accepting all as God.
Nancy Note:  My grandfather was a minister in North Carolina and I was raised in a Christian home by a devout mother - so, God was God.  Later in life, I trained on the path of deeper Yoga for twenty years with a spiritual master - God or Divinity was known as Brahma or Paramapurusa.

Nowadays, the Universal Consciousness doesn't name itself at all...it just IS.  The feelings are the same, no matter the name.
